New this year will be local and international culinary talent collaborating on food talks, outdoor events, and cocktail parties. The flagship event is the Street Food Showdown: a two-day gathering of the city's top food carts, restaurants, wineries and breweries in the Olympic Village. During this event participating food vendors will be offering up an unlimited tasting menu for a two-hour feeding frenzy.

Do children get in free?
Children 7 and under get in free from 11am until 1pm. After 1pm children 13 and under get in free.
Can I bring my dog to the Street Food Showdown?
Yes, but please make sure it's on a leash and well-behaved.
Will there be shade and places to sit?
Yes! But bring a hat and sunscreen!
Will there be alcohol?
Yes! Some of the city's top breweries and wineries will be on hand at the event. Drinks will be $5.
Will there be Bike Valet?
Yes! It is located at the entrance along the Seawall.
Will there be tickets at the door?
Yes, but we recommend purchasing tickets in advance. General Admission tickets purchased in advance come with a free drink (non-alcohol).
Are there ins and out?
Yes, starting after 2pm.
Will there be an ATM?
Yes! While many of the trucks accept debit and credit cards, we recommend bringing cash with you so you won't have to wait in line at the ATM.
How much do food and drinks cost?
Every vendor sets their own prices, but food items range from $2,50 to $15 (roughly). Beer and wine will be $5 a glass.
How do I get to the Street Food Showdown?
The Street Food Showdown takes place at 215 West 1st Avenue (between the Cambie Street Bridge and the Olympic Village). The site is next to the Seawall and a short walk from the Canada Line’s Olympic Village Station, the Aquabus’ Spyglass Place Dock, and major bus routes along Broadway, Cambie, Main, and West 2nd Avenue. Enter along the Seawall.
What is the Taster Menu?
Every participating vendor will be making a two-bite taster for the event. You will have unlimited access to this between noon and 2pm if you purchased a Big Feast Ticket. Otherwise they are between $2.50 and $5 each.
What does a Big Feast ticket include?
Big Feast tickets include unlimited access to the taster menu from noon until 2pm (Doors at 11am), including one hour of no-line VIP access between noon and 1pm. They also include two drinks (alcohol or non-alcohol). You are free stay at the event until it ends at 8pm.
What does a Taster Ticket include?
Taster tickets include access to the event noon until 2pm (Doors at 11am), including one hour of no-line VIP access between noon and 1pm. They also include tickets, which can be redeemed for tasters, and two drinks (alcohol or non-alcohol). You are free stay at the event until it ends at 8pm.
What does a General Admission ticket include?
General Admission tickets get you into the Street Food Showdown from 1pm and 8pm. If you purchase them in advance, they also come with one beverage (non-alcohol).
